Check-in begins at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am.

We do our best to accommodate early and late check-ins with advanced notice. If you plan to arrive outside of standard check-in hours, please let us know as soon as possible to make arrangements.

Yes, Nantucket is accessible by ferry or plane. The Hy-Line Cruises and Steamship Authority offer ferry service from Hyannis, MA. Seasonal routes are also available from New York City, New Bedford, and Martha's Vineyard. Nantucket Memorial Airport (ACK) offers seasonal and year-round flights from major East Coast cities, making your arrival easy and convenient.

We don't have on-site parking, and parking downtown is limited. We recommend leaving your car on the mainland and using bike rentals, walking, or Nantucket's shuttle system to get around. Taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available too.

Due to the historic nature of our buildings, we are not fully ADA accessible. However, we are happy to discuss your specific needs and help determine if our accommodations will work for you.

While we love pets, we don't allow them at the hotel. Service animals are always welcome.
