In accordance with local fire code, guest rooms are based on double occupancy, with a maximum of two guests per room.
We do not offer rollaway beds or cots.
Pets and Service Animals
While we love furry companions, 21 Broad Hotel and 76 Main Ink Press Hotel are not pet-friendly, with the exception of registered service animals.
If traveling with a service animal, please include a note at checkout with the quantity, size, and name(s) of your service animal(s), so our team can best prepare for your arrival.
For the comfort and safety of all guests:
- Service animals may not be left unattended in guest rooms

If an unapproved pet is discovered in a guest room, or if an animal causes damage or excessive cleaning needs, a fee of $250 per night will be charged to the credit card on file.
Housekeeping
We provide daily light-touch housekeeping service during your stay.
For guests staying longer than three nights, a full-service housekeeping will be provided after the third night of the stay.
If you need anything additional during your visit, please text us or speak with a member of our Guest Experience team.
Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol on property.
As our common spaces are shared by all guests, we ask everyone to drink responsibly and remain respectful of fellow guests and team members.
Non-Smoking Policy
21 Broad Hotel and 76 Main Ink Press Hotel are 100% non-smoking, non-vaping, and flame-free properties.
Smoking, vaping, or the use of candles or open flames is not permitted in guest rooms or anywhere on property. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be applied to any room or area where smoking, vaping, or open-flame use has occurred.
Parking
Neither 21 Broad Hotel nor 76 Main Ink Press Hotel offers onsite parking.
Guests arriving by car are encouraged to plan ahead for public parking options on Nantucket. Because both hotels are centrally located downtown, many guests choose to arrive on foot, by taxi, or by rideshare from the ferry.
Firearms Policy
The safety and comfort of our guests and staff is a top priority. For that reason, open carry of firearms is not permitted anywhere on hotel property, regardless of local law.
Guests who are legally permitted to possess a firearm must ensure that it is:
- Unloaded when not in use
- Stored securely in a guest-provided locked, hard-sided container
- Kept safely within the guest's room or vehicle at all times
Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the property.
This policy does not apply to on-duty law enforcement officers or on-duty military personnel acting within the scope of their official responsibilities.
Guest Responsibility for Damages
While accidents happen, guests are financially responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.
Lost and Found
If you believe you left an item behind during your stay, please contact the hotel directly. Lost items, if recovered, may be held for a limited time. Guests are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returned items.
